Aug 6: My best buddy Kavi lands in Bangalore.I was soooo excited to meet her after nearly 2 yrs.Everyone at TCS training centre thought we were joined at the hip or something.Our fav tag line is "Picture abhi baaki hai mere dost" and it still inspires me to believe in my dreams.
We talked and talked and talked and i made her my fav thalaserry biriyani though am not sure it came out as good as it used to.
Aug 7:It was time for XMEC meet.Dhanyaja came from chennai in the morning to attend this event.Kavitha left for it in the morning.Unni and I planned to go to his cousin's house to celebrate their baby's first bday.In the evening Anitha aunty and Jayan uncle came over.It was a busy, rainy and totally fun day.At night Dhanya and Kavi came home and told me all about the alumni meet which i couldn't be a part of due to my hectic schedule.
Aug 8:Sunday already!!.Unni and I left to Electronic City after breakfast.I had an interview at Infosys.I was so busy this weekend that I forgot to panic.So this interview was awesome.My heart rate raise to alarming rates and I spoke confidently.Words came easily and guess what I finally got a job after a long break.I was elated.
Sadly the weekend I was waiting for came to an end so soon.Its true what they say,"Time flies when you have fun".Kavi and Dhanya went back and my house seemed rather empty after that.Atleast I have pleasant memories and this post to remind me of the wonderful time I had :) Wish I had taken some pics!
